All 13 concession stands in the city will be open with the addition of a few new menu options available this year. Beyond Meat, the popular plant-based burger patty is now available at concession stands.
In order to reduce the amount of single-use items being used at these concessions, paper straws are now available upon request. In addition, to encourage the use of reusable mugs, if you bring a travel mug you will receive a discount on coffee purchases.
If you are looking to spend time hanging out by the pool but also want to be online at the same time? Good news! Both Kitsilano and Second Beach pools in Vancouver now have free Wi-Fi, as part of the city of Vancouver’s policy to expand public access to free internet access!
I usually bring some snacks and water with me when I go to waterfront parks and outdoor pools, but it’s so nice to know that there are food and drink options available!
With all these outdoor pools in Vancouver, which one will you choose to check out first?
