At The Bunny Café, you can cuddle up with friendly bunnies, feed them snacks, and sip on a drink afterward. For cat enthusiasts, head to Catfé, where you can enjoy coffee or tea while lounging with the café’s lovable resident cats.
I visited The Bunny Café, and it was such a joyful experience. The bunnies were friendly, and it felt like a stress-free little escape from the day-to-day grind. Catfé has an equally relaxed vibe—it’s impossible not to smile when you’ve got a playful cat batting at your scarf.

One February evening, a friend and I bundled up and headed to Porteau Cove. We brought warm drinks and blankets, and it was one of the most peaceful nights I can remember. Just lying there, chatting under the stars, felt like the perfect way to unwind and reconnect.

The last time I visited during Love Lights, the atmosphere was pure magic. The soft glow of the lights, the crisp air, and the peaceful setting felt like stepping into a fairytale. It’s worth every penny for the memories and the photos. Don’t forget that BC residents get a yearly pass for the price of one visit!
Stanley Park Seawall

I’ve done this walk so many times, but it still feels special. One time, my friend and I grabbed coffee and walked the seawall during sunset. The golden light on the water and the city skyline in the background made it unforgettable.

Whenever I’ve gone to MeeT with friends, we always end up splitting a few dishes because it’s impossible to choose just one. Their gravy fries? Absolute heaven.

For something more upscale, MILA’s creative plant-based menu is perfect. From beautifully plated entrees to decadent desserts, it’s a full-on dining experience.
I celebrated a birthday here, and everything felt so special—from the chic ambiance to the expertly crafted cocktails. It’s the kind of place that makes any occasion feel extra fancy.

I’ve done this drive so many times, and it never fails to amaze me. The waterfalls along the way are always a hit, and Túba Café’s cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to refuel.

Granville Island is one of my favourite places to bring friends who are visiting. The fresh pastries, handcrafted goods, and quirky shops always make it a fun experience. Last time, I found the most amazing themed vegan chocolates, which made for the perfect treat to share later.

Bond over learning to cook something new at a local cooking class. From pasta-making to themed Valentine’s menus, there’s a class for every taste and skill level. Plus, you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end—what’s better than that?
I once took a pasta-making class at The Dirty Apron, and it was such a blast. My friend and I laughed at our dough-rolling struggles, but by the end, we were proud of our creations. The food was incredible, and it’s a memory I’ll always cherish.

Skating here feels like stepping into a scene from a holiday movie. One year, a group of us went after work, and even though none of us were great skaters, we had so many laughs. The lights and music made it feel magical.

The Vancouver Art Gallery has always been one of my favourite spots. One visit included a Stan Douglas art exhibit that sparked hours of conversation with a friend afterward. It’s a space that leaves you inspired.

I lived on the North Shore for 10 years, just a 15-minute walk from The Shipyards, and I still miss having it in my backyard. The combination of great coffee, brunch spots, culture, and waterfront views makes it an unforgettable experience.
